Robustness of Strictly Positive Real Matrix Transfer Functions Under Small Perturbations

In this paper we analyze strictly positive real and regular MIMO systems. We consider small perturbations of such systems and characterize the perturbations' structure for which the perturbed system remains strictly positive real and regular. Both static and dynamical perturbation are considered. The general case where both the system and the perturbation are not necessarily rational is considered.
