Zusammenfassung:A new work of a fish meat freshness detector for internet of things (IoT)-based seafood market applications is presented. Unsimilar to past works, the proposed detector is designed to conquer an influence of low-frequency band noise generated by electrical devices used in the seafood market, such as electric fish scalers or pin-bone removers. Via the proposed detector, the information of fish meat freshness is able to be obtained clearly and conveniently transmitted by IoT devices. The measured standing time (i.e. the fish meat was exposed in the air and room temperature 27°C) was 0 to 55 minutes, and 76.3 to 69.5 dB of the measured corresponding signal-to-noise-distortion ratio (SNDR) is guaranteed. Thus, a linear phenomenon of the standing time versus the SNDR can be resulted in. Finally, a validation to verify the proposed detector used in the seafood market was successfully proven.
