Zusammenfassung: | The article discusses the preparation of radiation pattern database using pixel sampling technique to predict the type of antenna from radiation pattern. Radiation pattern images of three antennas namely i) Patch, ii) Monopole and iii) Dipole antenna is collected from by taking photographs from existing literature and simulations using Ansys HFSS. Large database of these images are prepared using pixel sampling. Various combinations of symmetric, asymmetric, triangle and square shapes with window sizes between 2 × 2 and 100 × 100 are generated. Dataset is also prepared with the addition of noise of various types like: gaussian noise, speckle noise, pink noise, white noise and, salt and pepper noise.
