3‐Isopropyl‐2‐morpholino‐5,6,7,8‐tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one

In the title compound, C17H23N3O2S, the central thienopyrimidine ring system is essentially planar. The cyclohexene ring, in which the four CH2 groups are disordered in a 3:1 ratio, adopts a half‐chair conformation and the morpholine ring is in a standard chair conformation. The molecular structure is stabilized by intramolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds. In the crystal packing, intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions link the molecules into chains along the b axis.
