Zusammenfassung:We show that the quark mixing matrix can be parametrized in exactly unitary forms with the imaginary parts present only at the order of 10/sup -3/. With s/sub x/ = s/sub l/ and s/sub y/ well determined, measurements of epsilon' or other CP-nonconservation effects can determine s/sub z/s/sub phi/. Then after Vertical BarV/sub u/b approx. =s/sub z/ is measured, s/sub phi/ is known. We also give a simple expression for the CP asymmetry in the B/sup 0/-B-bar /sup 0/ mixing.
