Reaction e + p → e + p + ω

The production of the ..omega.. meson by virtual photons has been measured as a function of Q/sup 2/ and W. The ratio of ..omega.. production to rho/sup 0/ production is independent of Q/sup 2/ in contrast to indications at lower values of W.
