Zusammenfassung:	Quasielastic pickup and stripping reactions have been measured for the reaction /sup 86/Kr+ /sup 208/Pb at 695 MeV with a magnetic spectrometer. The angular distributions observed for single neutron pickup are analyzed with the distorted-wave Born approximation, which accounts well for the absolute differential cross sections. Quasielastic transfer reactions account for about 20% of the total reaction cross section.
