Fire deaths: theory and the melbourne 2009 findings

This presentation will be in two parts. Firstly, there will be a brief review of current theories and practice relating to fire-related deaths, and the autopsy examination of these cases. This will be followed by a specific discussion of the toxicological findings in the deaths occurring as a result of the Black Saturday bushfires of February 2009.
