Zusammenfassung:The use of a combination of bupivacaine-fentanyl for epidural analgesia for obstetrics increases the duration of analgesia, but does not eliminate the need for reinjection. The use of continuous infusion of epidural anesthetic drugs produces more stable analgesia. The current study was designed to assess the maternal and neonatal effects of both the intermittent and continuous methods of epidural injection.
