Hypospadias

The management of hypospadias remains a challenge. Results of various techniques including meatal advancement and glanuloplasty, in-situ tubularization of the urethral plate, island flap, and grafts are reviewed with discussion of some recent technical modifications. The reports on the long-term objective outcome evaluation emphasize the importance of also following the patients from functional and psychosexual aspects.
