Zusammenfassung:Extraosseous accumulation of bone-seeking radiopharmaceuticals has been reported in various benign and neoplastic conditions. This report concerns extraosseous uptake in mucinous adenocarcinoma of the stomach. Punctate calcification was demonstrated in the lesion. To our knowledge this has not been previously reported. Additionally, focal hepatic activity was present, presumably in the hepatic metastases from the gastric carcinoma.
