Epidemiology in relation to community and residential services

There were no dominant themes this year, but the articles reviewed have continued to address several major issues, including the need for better information and more coordination towards effective prevention, and the gains and possible losses of community living.As always, issues of terminology and taxonomy are raised by much of the work published.
