Zusammenfassung: | As the vacuum system of the highest-luminosity collider in the world, the vacuum
components of the KEK B-factory have experienced many great demands. The
experience of the strong electromagnetic interaction between the vacuum
components and a beam of charged particles led to the invention of a robust rf
bridge (a comb-type bridge). Through an intensive study of the electron cloud
problem in the positron ring, a sufficient set of mitigation technologies for a
future high-current positron ring was established. |
