Zusammenfassung: | The Hitachi Model 1000kV Electron Microscope is composed of a high voltage generator, an accelerating tube and column, and the center of gravity of the whole instrument lies in the vicinity of the tank base which connects with the column and accelerating tube. Then, the column was fixed on a rigid hanging stage so that the whole instrument might constitute one inertial block, and further 4 antivibration rubber blocks were installed between the tank base and foundation so that the supporting points of the whole instrument might come to lie on the same level with the center of gravity. That is, a vibration proof hanging console was made as a method of protecting a 1000kV Electron Microscope from vibration, and this allowed the whole instrument to form an isolated vibrating system supported in the horizontal plane including the center of gravity. |
