Zusammenfassung:The data set of the crystal structure of a self-complementary RNA duplex r(ggcggucgcu)2 with terminal and tandem G·U wobble base-pairs has been collected to 2.3 Å resolution. Crystals belong to the tetragonal space group P41212 or P43212; a = b = 50.0 Å, c = 102.7 Å, and α = β = γ = 90°, with two duplexes in the asymmetric unit. The structural analysis using the MAD method is currently in progress.
