Observations of Some Extended Galactic Radio Sources

A number of the larger angular diameter galactic radio sources in the anticentre quadrant are examined at 408 MHz. Integrated flux densities have been computed at this frequency for all but one of the sources, and where sufficient data exist their spectra have been investigated. It is shown that one object previously considered to be a supernova remnant, CTB 13, probably does not exist as a discrete source, but represents a section of the low latitude, disk component of the unresolved background emission.
