Zusammenfassung:Understanding the spatial distribution of key cell populations is critical in advancing biomedical research and the development of novel therapeutics. Highly multiplexed biomarker analysis is achieved with single-cell spatial context on the CellScape, a microscopy platform that enables quantitative spatial phenotyping of entire tissue sections mounted on standard histology slides. Leveraging high-resolution, high dynamic range imaging, and automated reagent delivery, the CellScape represents an attractive platform for spatial biology researchers from discovery to translation.
