Zusammenfassung: | The study was conducted at the University of Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station, Rosemount, MN, on 2nd regrowth 2nd year alfalfa. Treatments were 52 ft × 52 ft and replicated 3 times in a randomized complete block design. Sprays were applied Aug 14 with a tractor-drawn boom sprayer delivering 18 gal of water/acre at 200 psi. Plant height at spray application vas 8-10 inches. Insects were sampled 1, 3, 7, and 21 days posttreatment by taking 20 sweeps per plot with a 15-inch diam sweep net. Insects were not sampled 14 days posttreatment due to wet weather. |
