Zusammenfassung: | A two-level, two-factor (22) factorial design approach is used to optimize supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) conditions for the determination of an amine hydrochloride in avian feed. The recovery is maximized by optimizing the temperature and pressure. Maximum recovery is obtained at low temperature and high pressure. These conditions also provide a lower level of nonvolatile extractables. The optimized method demonstrates excellent recovery at levels as low as 5 μg/g. |
