Zusammenfassung:This paper, for the first time, reports on an alternative method for measuring the free radical-scavenging properties of phenolic compounds, specifically against superoxide anion radicals (O2•−) by the sonochemiluminescence (SCL) of lucigenin (Luc2+). A miniaturized sonochemical reactor is developed for the SCL observation under pulsed 450 kHz ultrasound irradiation.
