Zusammenfassung:In this report, we present a case that developed anaphylaxis to cow's milk as early as the first week of orthotopic liver transplantation under tacrolimus immunosuppression. This is the earliest case of transplant-acquired food allergy without any evidence of passive transfer of donor's specific IgE.
