The electrical conductivity of an inhomogeneous thin metal wire in the case of an ellipsoidal Fermi surface and a constant mean free path of the electrons
The kinetic approach is used to calculate the high-frequency electrical conductivity of a thin non-uniform metal wire with a dielectric core. It is assumed that the surface of the metal Fermi has the form of a three-axis ellipsoid. The dependences of the module and the argument of the dimensionless...

Zusammenfassung: | The kinetic approach is used to calculate the high-frequency electrical conductivity of a thin non-uniform metal wire with a dielectric core. It is assumed that the surface of the metal Fermi has the form of a three-axis ellipsoid. The dependences of the module and the argument of the dimensionless conductivity on the ratio of the radii of the wire and the dielectric nucleus, on the dimensionless effective mass along the x-axis are analyzed and compared with the isotropic case of electron scattering. |
