Zusammenfassung:This paper describes the study of the behaviour of macromolecules of dextran (T 110) in aqueous solutions. The behaviour of the studied solutions was found to be of the Cole-Cole type with a relaxation time distribution parameter ± given in the temperature range 5° to 60° C, This parameter increases with concentration and temperature. The static permittivities and their diminution with respect to concentration are determined. The relaxation of water is "modified" by the presence of dextran.
