Novel Approaches to the Synthesis and Analysis of Branched RNA

This report describes a novel solid-phase synthesis of bRNA. The deprotected branched oligoribonucleotides were analysed by capillary electrophoresis and conveniently characterized by subjecting them to the yeast lariat debranching enzyme.
