Zusammenfassung:Organizational effectiveness is the global requirement of every organization to survive in this competitive era and needs the focus of recent studies and policymakers. Thus, the researchers examine the sustainable development goals (SDG) and investment strategies impact on the organizational effectiveness of automobile companies in China. The researchers also investigate the mediating role of organizational climate among the relationships of SDG, investment strategies and organizational effectiveness of automobile companies in China. The present article has used the primary data collection methods and used the survey questionnaires to gather the data from respondents. The researchers have also used the Smart PLS to test the validity of the constructs and relationships among the variables. The results indicated that SDG and investment strategies have a positive influence on the organizational effectiveness of automobile companies in China. The findings also revealed that organizational climate significantly mediates among the nexus of SDG, investment strategies and organizational effectiveness of automobile companies in China. This study guides the regulators while developing the policies related to the SDG and organizational effectiveness.
