Zusammenfassung:The Institute of Experimental Botany of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences in Prague has been the methodic centre for isotopic applications to plant - soil material and their utilization for agricultural purposes. The highly sensitive devices were developed partly on the basis of commercial apparatuses, partly they were constructed in the workshop of the Institute. With these devices compounds labelled with 11 C, 35 S, 3 H, 32 P and double labelled compounds have been measured.
