Old and New Security Issues in Post-Communist Eastern Europe: Results of an 11 Nation Study
Central and Eastern Europeans appear to be increasingly sharing similar types of concerns as Western Europeans. They are moving away from being concerned about traditional conceptions of threat associated with military security and paying substantial attention to "new" societal threats.
