Zusammenfassung:The cast creep-resisting nickel alloys fo ZhS6 type with 45-60% of the gamma -phase belong to those alloys with limited weldability. The solidification cracking resistance of these alloys can be improved by heating during welding to temperatures above 1000 deg C, by multistepped overageing prior to welding for coalescence of the gamma '-phase and by using, as filler wires, welding wires and electrodes improving the resistance to the formation of hot and thermal cracks.
