Zusammenfassung:Previously abstracted from original as item 9312-55-2451. Possibility of increasing crack resistance of welded joints of a high strength 35KhSN2M steel by unevenly distributing alloying elements along the seam and creating regions with variable strength was investigated. It was shown that cracks are generated in the high strength region of the joints and ductile areas resist the crack propagation. Optimal geometrical parameters for filler materials were established.
