Zusammenfassung: | Previously abstracted from original as item 9011-55-2172. Results are presented of th study of the special features of welds and determining the optimum welding parameters which guarantee maximum strength and magnetic characteristics of structures made of non-magnetic dispersion-solid Cr--Ni-alloys of the E1702 with steel EP517 type. The materials used include the following: steel EP517, Cr--Ni alloy; EP517 + Cr--Ni alloy. To obtain the strongest welds in plates 12 mm thick made of nonmagnetic Cr--Ni alloy with magnetic EP517 steel it is necessary to weld at a speed of 35-40 m /h. When welding at optimum parameters, an austenite structure is formed in the weld metal and the boundary of the magnetic and nonmagnetic section of the material passes along a line of fusion between the metal of the seam and EP517 steel. |
