The relationships of images, issues and presentational methods in televised spot advertisements for 1980's American presidential primaries
This article discerned the relationship of issue and image mentions to presentational styles featured in televised political commercials in 1980's presidential primaries and investigated whether specific graphic formats were uniquely associated with such mentions.
