Zusammenfassung:Day et al report the case of a nulliparous 13-year-old girl who was diagnosed with uterus didelphys associated with left renal agenesis presenting as a pelvic kidney with contralateral ureteric obstruction. Haematometra with uterine duplication and renal agenesis is a diagnosis that should be considered clinically and radiologically in young girls with lower abdominal pain and a pelvic mass.
