Orders in primitive rings with non-zero socle and posner's theorem

By introducing a modification of the notion of classical ring of quotients we extend, on the one hand, Goldie's theorem to non-singular prime rings with uniform one­sided ideals and, on the other hand, Posner's theorem to prime rings with a generalized polynomial identity.
