Micronutrient status of Rajasthan soils

The micronutrients are the vital nutritive elements and are getting more attention especially in case of high yielding variety programme where higher doses of major nutrients are applied and the deficiency of micronutrients is bound to become a limiting factor for crop production. As very little information is available regarding the micronutrient status of Rajasthan Soils, the present study was undertaken to have a preliminary idea about the deficiency or toxicity of certain micronutrients.
