RESUMEN
Se diagnosticó una infección por Scytalidium hyalinum localizada en espacios interdigitales y plantas de ambos pies, en un varón de 40 años de edad, oriundo de Guinea Ecuatorial, y residente en España. La infección no pudo ser controlada a pesar de que se instituyó tratamiento con 400 mg/dia de Ketoconazol (Nizoral) y Clotrimazol tópico (Canestén). |
