Zusammenfassung: | A casual model of institutional racism was developed with three independent variables (supervisory support, procedural justice, and indoctrination) and two intervening variables (supportive climate and perceived supervisory discrimination). The linkages were tested through multiple regression analysis with a sample of 146 African Americans. The results offer fairly strong support for the model, explaining 43% of the variance in institutional racism. |
