Zusammenfassung:Negative resistance conversion circuits that have both a voltage-controlled mode and a current-controlled mode in the same circuit are proposed. The circuits have wide band capability and accurately convert a given resistance to a corresponding negative resistance with exactly the same magnitude. The accuracy of the circuits is also high over the entire dynamic range.
