The Evaluation of Vocational Training Courses for an Ethnic Minority Group
This paper argues that vocational training programs, especially for minority groups, need to impart 'primary' factors like work skills, together with 'secondary' factors like increased self-confidence or perhaps a more positive attitude towards others.
