High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Separation of Phenylthiohydantoin Derivatives of Amino Acids

Phenylthiohydantoin derivatives of amino acids have been separated by modern liquid chromatography. The amino acid thiohydantoins were divided into three groups according to their relative polarity and three solvent systems were used to separate the groups.
