Zusammenfassung: | Y0.5Bi2.5Fe5O12 (Bi2.5:YIG) films were prepared on glass substrates by metal-organic decomposition method. Bi2.5:YIG films were grown on buffer layers of Y2BiFe5O12, Gd2BiFe5O12, or Nd2BiFe4GaO12 (Nd-buffer layer) prepared on the glass substrates, while it was not obtained without buffer layers. It was found that Bi2.5:YIG films on Nd-buffer layer had a good crystallinity and large Faraday rotation of 13.8°/μm at 520 nm in wavelength. |
