Excitation of helium by positron: a distorted wave polarized orbital approach
The differential and total cross sections for the 1 1S–2 1S excitation of helium by positron in the energy range 22–200 eV are calculated using a distorted wave polarized orbital approach. The results are compared with other available theoretical and experimental results.
