Zusammenfassung:The magnetic field dependence of delayed fluorescence in single crystal p-terphenyl has been measured from 300–130 K; that is, through its phase transition region. Current theories predict satisfactorily the observed resonance positions with respect to field orientation. The field dependence of the fluorescence intensity however increases with increasing field. Such behavior is described in terms of a magnetic field dependent trap induced spin relaxation.
