Comment on “Quantum-well infrared detectors” [J. Appl. Phys. 74 , R18 (1993)]
Three errors in the equations for dark current in quantum well infrared photodetectors suggested in a recent paper by Levine [J. Appl. Phys. 74, R18 (1993)] are pointed out and corrected.
