Zusammenfassung: | The dynamic reversal of a magnetic particle under an alternating field at microwave frequencies was studied using an energy surface model and micromagnetic simulations. The switching field can be reduced due to energy pumped into the magnetic particle by an applied alternating field. The particle dissipates energy as the magnetization is “synchronized” with the external applied field at microwave frequency. Increased damping will help reduce the switching time. For a given damping, excessive energy pumped into the particle will increase the switching time. |
