Zusammenfassung:The molecular dynamics method was used to study 2D electron systems located in narrow channels with various ratios of the channel width to the average distance between electrons. The spatial structures formed in the channels at low temperatures are determined as a function of the channel width, and features of the structural transitions are analyzed. The effect of temperature on the structural transitions is investigated. The temperatures at which the spatial order is broken in the electron system are determined as a function of channel width, including in the region of structural transitions.
