A 47-year-old man was evaluated in the pulmonary clinic because of waxing and waning pulmonary lesions several years after treatment for seminoma.
The patient had been well until five years earlier, when a left testicular seminoma was diagnosed. A left radical orchiectomy was performed; there was no evidence of lymphatic or blood-vessel invasion, and the resection margins, epididymis, and spermatic cord were free of tumor.
