(July 14 issue), 1 we would like to discuss the availability of 4-methylpyrazole and its possible use in the United States. 4-Methylpyrazole can be considered a classic "orphan" drug in that the frequency of its potential use is probably too small to attract committed commercial sponsorship for its development.
