Dietary Aluminum from Aluminum Pots: Some Corrections

To the Editor: We wish to acknowledge with regret the presence of several errors in our letter on the subject of pots as a source of dietary aluminum.* The dimensions of the aluminum foil (paragraph 3, line 2) should have appeared as 41 by 11.5 by 0.25 mm. In Table 1, all dimensions should be expressed in centimeters. Note: There are two additional errors for which we were responsible in Dr. Trapp 's letter: in the middle of the third paragraph, we should have said that 1 kg is equivalent to 2.2 pounds, not vice versa; in the last sentence . . .
