Zusammenfassung:Abstract The results of reimplantation of ureters in 141 children by a modified Politano-Leadbetter procedure are presented. 86 children were examined 3 to 12 years after operation. Cessation of signs of infection, reflux and ureteric obstruction was noted. The most common illnesses and congenital disorders of the urinary tract which accompany vesicoureteral reflux are discussed. Postoperative complications are also described.
