·NEt

reduction, and straightforward workup afforded secondary amines, tertiary amines, N-substituted hydroxylamines, and hydrazines, respectively. Reductive alkylation of α-amino esters with aldehydes afforded the corresponding N-monoalkylated α-amino esters selectively. |
